“It was my first professional kitchen job but I knew they must have seen something in me,” Gregorich said in a statement . “I wanted to do my best and show them that my passion was real.”

Arpke supports and his employee appearing on "Hell's Kitchen" and is confident she will perform well under the pressure dished out in huge portions by Ramsay.

“I think Jamie appreciates working in our environment. She is open to continued learning and importantly focused on pleasing the guest. She has a good sense of humor and is cool-headed,” Arpke said in a statement.  “There may not be much less bleeping going on here than there is in Hell’s Kitchen, but I think there is something to be said for courtesy and patience.”

Gregorich landed the television appearance after attending a casting call in Miami. Her signature dish is lollipop lamb chop with red onion confiture. In addition to working at Euphemia Haye, she's a culinary instructor at Manatee Technical Institute.
